The just concluded workshop was an eye opener for me. It accelerated my knowledge on how to effectively connect the dots between time and goal attainment, with the aid of our very seasoned facilitator Mr. Tony.
One of the sessions that stood out for me was the activity plan illustration where we were divided into 3 separate groups to individually come up with initiatives about a thematic area. The fact that we had so many similar initiatives after the exercise is a testament that ideas abounds within the team and it gave the participants the chance to identify which initiative is of topmost priority to the community.
Grateful to the Management of Imigan Hope Empowerment Initiative for the opportunity to have enhanced my knowledge and I must say this is a Mandatory Continuous Professional Development (MCPD) program.
Looking forward to the practical application of this invaluable knowledge.
